Shipping rates

• Orders under $50 USD: standard shipping is $5 USD.
• Orders of $50 USD or more: standard shipping is free.

Free-shipping eligibility is based on the discounted order subtotal. Shipping options, delivery estimates, and applicable costs are shown during checkout after you enter a shipping address.

Available destinations

We currently ship to the United Kingdom, France, Germany, Spain, Portugal, Italy, the Netherlands, Belgium, Austria, Switzerland, the United States, Canada, and Australia.

Please check your address carefully before submitting an order. Contact info@kukuco.com if your order arrives damaged or appears to be missing an item.

Returns

Contact us within 14 days of delivery to request a return. Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and have their original tags and packaging. Please wait for return instructions before sending an item back.

For hygiene reasons, worn or washed sleepwear cannot be accepted. Return eligibility and any return shipping responsibility will be confirmed by support for each request.
