These Terms & Conditions explain the basis on which you use kukuco.com and purchase products from KUKUCO. Please read them together with our Shipping Policy, Returns & Refunds policy and Privacy Policy.
Using our store
You must have the legal capacity to place an order, or the involvement of a parent or guardian where required. Please provide accurate information and use the website lawfully. You must not attempt to access another person’s account, interfere with checkout, introduce malicious code or misuse the store.
Product information
We aim to describe our sleepwear accurately. Product details, materials, sizes and care instructions are provided on the relevant product page. Colours can appear different depending on your screen and lighting. This does not limit your rights if an item is faulty or does not match its description.
Please check the selected style, size, colour, quantity and product details before checkout. Product availability can change, and placing an item in your basket does not reserve it.
Prices and payments
Prices and order charges are in US dollars (USD). Product prices include applicable taxes. Shipping is free for orders of $50 USD or more and $5 USD for orders below $50 USD. You can review your total before paying.
Available payment methods are shown at checkout and described on our Payment Methods page. Payment-provider approval, authentication and separate provider terms may apply. Your bank may charge currency-conversion or international transaction fees independently of KUKUCO.
Placing an order
By submitting an order, you request to purchase the selected items. An initial order-received message acknowledges your request and payment status; acceptance is confirmed when we notify you that the order has been dispatched, unless we expressly confirm acceptance earlier.
If we cannot fulfil an order because an item is unavailable, payment cannot be authorised or a material listing error is identified, we will contact you and explain the available resolution. If an unfulfilled order is cancelled, any payment collected for it will be refunded. We will not increase an agreed charge without your consent.
Delivery
We dispatch orders within 48 hours after payment is received. Delivery destinations, estimated transit times, tracking and included taxes or import charges are explained in the Shipping Policy. Transit estimates are not guaranteed dates, and your mandatory rights relating to delivery remain unaffected.
Please supply a complete, accurate delivery address. If you notice an error, contact us promptly so we can check whether it can be corrected before dispatch.
Returns, refunds and cancellation
Our return-request window is 14 days after receipt. The Returns & Refunds policy explains eligibility, the return process, shipping-cost arrangements and refunds. Contact customer care to obtain the correct return instructions, label arrangements and address.
Statutory cancellation rights and remedies for faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or misdescribed goods take precedence where they provide greater protection.
Promotions
Any specific terms stated with an offer, discount or promotional code apply to that offer. Review the discount and final total before completing checkout. We will not apply new promotional restrictions retroactively to an accepted order.
Accounts and communications
If you use an account feature, keep your login information secure and notify us of suspected unauthorised access. We use the contact details supplied with an order for necessary order, delivery and service communications. Marketing preferences are handled separately as described in the Privacy Policy.
Website content and third-party services
Our original website content and brand materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use the site for personal shopping, but may not reproduce protected materials for commercial use without permission. Nothing in these terms grants rights to third-party trademarks.
Third-party payment services, embedded media and external websites may have their own terms. Read those terms when using their services. We are not responsible for the content of independent external websites, but remain responsible for our own obligations to you.
Service availability and responsibility
We aim to keep the store available, but maintenance, technical faults or circumstances outside our reasonable control can interrupt access. If an interruption affects an order, contact us so we can help resolve it.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, personal injury caused by negligence, or any responsibility that cannot lawfully be limited. Your mandatory consumer protections, legal remedies and rights concerning product quality remain in place.
Changes and disputes
We may update these terms for future use of the store. Changes do not reduce rights attached to an order already accepted. If an issue arises, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it. Nothing here deprives you of mandatory protections or access to courts and remedies available under applicable consumer law.
