How can I contact KUKUCO?

What should I include with an order question?
Include your order number, the email address used at checkout and a short description of what you need help with. If the question is about delivery, include the tracking details you received, if available.
Can I ask about a product before ordering?
Of course. Send us the product name or link, plus the size, color, material or fit detail you would like us to check. We can then answer about the specific style you are considering.
How do I ask for a return?
Contact us with your order number within 14 days of delivery and tell us which item you would like to return. We will review the request and provide the applicable instructions, return label arrangements and address before you send anything back. See our Returns & Refunds page for the full policy.
What if an item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Send your order number, a brief explanation and clear photos of the item and packaging. Keep the item and packaging while we review the issue and advise you on the next steps.
Can I request a change to my order?
Write to us as soon as possible with your order number and the change you need. We will check whether it can still be made before dispatch; once processing or shipping has begun, changes may not be possible.
